Refund Policy

Inspection Upon Receipt

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. Slick Horseware does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your order is final and that no returns, exchanges, or refunds will be provided.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Lost or damaged shipments are governed solely by our Shipping Policy. Where a carrier approves a loss or damage claim, Slick Horseware will provide a replacement as described in the Shipping Policy. No returns, exchanges, or refunds are offered under this Refund Policy for lost or damaged shipments; the sole remedy is replacement as set out in the Shipping Policy, subject to carrier claim approval.

Unauthorized Returns

Because Slick Horseware does not accept returns or exchanges, items should not be sent back to us without prior written authorization. Slick Horseware is not responsible for items sent to us without authorization and is under no obligation to return such items.

If an item is sent to Slick Horseware without authorization, the customer has thirty (30) days from the date the item is received to arrange and pay for a return shipping label to have the item returned. If the customer does not respond or pay for return shipping within thirty (30) days, the item will be considered unclaimed and donated to an organization of Slick Horseware’s choosing, with no further obligation to the customer.

Order of Precedence

This Refund Policy governs the finality of sales and the handling of returns, exchanges, and refunds. Slick Horseware also maintains separate Terms of Service, a Sales and Warranty Policy, a Shipping Policy, and a Privacy Policy, each governing its respective subject area. To the extent any conflict arises between this Policy and another Slick Horseware policy on a matter specifically addressed in this Policy, this Policy shall control.

Severability and Assignment

Severability. If any provision of this Policy is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from this Policy. Such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.

Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under this Policy without the prior written consent of Slick Horseware, and any attempted assignment in violation of this provision shall be null and void. Slick Horseware may freely assign or transfer this Policy and its rights and obligations hereunder, in whole or in part, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, corporate reorganization, or by operation of law.
